Job summary

WorkGenius Group in New York, NY is seeking a Temporary Project Manager for A+D to lead and coordinate multiple store projects and renovations. The role requires strong design development, budget control, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, and Construction teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in retail design or high-end residential architecture, with expertise in AutoCAD and Adobe/Autodesk tools, and the ability to quickly translate concepts into design

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with at least 5 years of experience in retail design or high end/custom residential architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2018 or more recent version.
• Proficiency in Adobe applications and various Autodesk applications, Word, Excel, and 3D rendering software.

• Produce schematic design and design development packages for new wholesale and retail locations.
• Manage project aspects including design, construction, millwork, budget, and schedule for multiple projects.
• Coordinate project requirements with the brand's in-house departments and maintain communication with vendors.

Requirements
