Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Charleston is seeking a Temporary Dining Room Supervisor to lead servers during meal periods and shape an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You’ll be a member of the community leadership team, contributing to culture, operations, and resident satisfaction, with the role lasting an estimated 6–8 weeks.

The ideal candidate will be 21+ and available Mon–Fri 11:00am–7:30pm, with flexibility for events and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Schedule primarily Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:30pm with events/holidays as needed.
• ServSafe Manager certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Food Handlers permit as required by local ordinances or obtain within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard Servers in coordination with Managers and Chef; train and coach the Server team.
• Ensure dining room cleanliness, organization, and systems per Operations Guide; monitor pantry areas.
• Lead dining service quality to ensure resident/guest satisfaction and timely room-service retrieval.
• Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate to meet resident needs and events.
