Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities in Charleston, SC is seeking a Temporary Dining Room Supervisor to lead servers during meals, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for residents and guests. You will join the community leadership team and contribute to culture, operations, and resident satisfaction, with emphasis on service excellence and teamwork.

The role requires 21+, Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:30pm with occasional events/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:30pm with additional events.
• Prior service leadership experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Outlook) required.
• ServSafe Manager certification or obtain within 90 days.
• Food Handler permit as required by local ordinances or obtain within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard Servers with Community Managers/Executive Chef; provide training and coaching.
• Ensure dining room cleanliness, organization, and systems per the Operations Guide; manage pantry and service areas.
• Lead dining service quality to guarantee resident and guest satisfaction; greet new residents per orientation.
• Participate in community leadership meetings and coordinate with team on upcoming events and objectives.
