Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in development, fundraising, or related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.
• Proficiency with Greater Giving, Veracross, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator of the Veracross development module and manage donor records.
• Process gifts, pledges, matching gifts, and in-kind donations accurately.
• Generate donor acknowledgements, tax receipts, and development reports.
