Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Mendota Heights company to find a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. If you're passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, we want to hear from you! As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for participants and providers, assisting with plan eligibility, benefits, and claims status. This is a contract role expected to last through January 2027.
