Job summary

Marquee Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Returns Clerk to process and review domestic and international customer returns, issuing accurate account credits and ensuring compliance with company requirements.

You will verify credits against invoices, match returns to invoices, and communicate with various departments to resolve discrepancies. Daily duties include maintaining records and preparing weekly RTV reports. Compensation is $20/hr, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

Customer Service Returns Clerk

Responsible for processing and reviewing domestic and international customer returns and issuing account credits accurately and efficiently. Ensures all returns meet company requirements and that credits are applied to the correct accounts and invoices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review returned products to determine whether they are in the appropriate condition to qualify for credit.
• Verify that credits are applied to the correct customer account and reference the appropriate invoice.
• Match returned products to the corresponding invoice to ensure accuracy.
• Verify quantities and dollar amounts against invoices before issuing credits.
• Research and resolve discrepancies involving returns, invoices, products, accounts, and credit amounts.
• Process domestic and international return transactions while following established company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain weekly Scrap/RTV (Return to Vendor) reports.
• Process and maintain inventory transfers related to customer returns and product movement.
• Process car stock returns and ensure inventory is accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all return and credit transactions.
• Communicate with internal departments, account representatives, and customers as needed to resolve return-related issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of returns, credits, and inventory adjustments.

Compensation: 20/hr. Monday - Friday 6:00am -2:30pm
