Job summary

Kerusso Activewear, Inc. is seeking a Returns Associate at our Berryville, AR facility to efficiently process and classify returned items. You will update inventory records, communicate return authorizations, and prepare items for restock while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

The role requires attention to detail and collaboration with fulfillment, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve discrepancies and support monthly counts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process returned products according to company policy.
• Determine the condition of returned items and classify them appropriately (restock, damaged, return to vendor, etc.).
• Accurately update return records in the inventory system.
• Communicate with customer service and/or manager regarding return authorizations.
• Prepare and package items for return to stock, when necessary.
• Maintain clean, organized return areas and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in monthly inventory counts and other warehouse duties as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., fulfillment, production, shipping, receiving) to resolve return discrepancies.
