Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle order processing, including EDI and manual entry.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on product availability and shipments.
• Generate daily sales, inventory, and backorder reports for leadership.
• Manage allocations, backorders, and drop-ship approvals.
• Resolve customer claims related to overages or shortages.
