Job summary

Eugia, a US-based specialty pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Director, Sales Operations located in East Windsor, NJ with one day remote per week. You will lead Customer Service, Contract and Rebate Administration, Government Pricing, and Claims Administration, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to optimize revenue and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical Sales Operations or related functions.
• Experience with government pricing, rebates, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Customer Service, Contract Administration, Rebate Administration, Government Pricing, and Claims Administration.
• Develop scalable processes and drive operational efficiency across the commercial organization.
• Partner with senior leadership across Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and other functions.
• Oversee compliance activities including contracting, pricing, rebates, and licensing.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve communication, efficiency, and risk management.
• Own iContracts initiatives including Sales Reporting and State Price Transparency programs.
