Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle core Customer Service functions including order entry and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on product availability and timelines.
• Generate daily sales, inventory, and backorder reports for leadership.
• Manage allocations, including backordered products and drop-ship approvals.
• Address customer claims related to overages, shortages, returns.
