The Temporary Customer Operations Representative supports the order fulfillment process by processing customer sales orders, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving customer and sales-related issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• HS diploma required; degree preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams and brands to meet daily priorities.
• Support engraving and e-commerce activities as needed.
• Manage order fulfillment from entry to warehouse release.
• Analyze root causes of order status issues.
• Ensure on-time, complete delivery expectations.
• Provide product and service information and issue resolution.
• Escalate engraving issues via Slack channel.
• Handle escalated customer and sales professional issues.
