Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or related field.
• High school graduate or GED, as well as the ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Ability to operate all College owned vehicles and custodial equipment.
• Valid PA driver's license.
• Background checks may be conducted as part of the policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned buildings and areas under supervision.
• Perform snow and ice removal from stairs, walks, driveways, and campus roads as needed.
• Perform routine and planned maintenance on custodial equipment and basic repairs.
• Adhere to campus equity and inclusion standards in daily work.
