Job summary

You'll keep buildings clean, handle snow and ice removal, operate custodial equipment and College vehicles as needed, and assist with routine maintenance. A high school diploma or GED and a valid PA driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in custodial or related work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on ladders up to 10 feet.
• Valid PA driver’s license.
• Reliable, team-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Keep assigned buildings and areas clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Perform snow and ice removal to ensure safe walkways and entrances.
• Operate custodial equipment and College vehicles as needed.
• Assist with routine maintenance and care of custodial equipment.
