Overview: Our client is looking for an Interim Compliance Manager

Experience: 5+ years of experience as an AML compliance officer, manager, or analyst at a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer.

Location: Remote.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interim Compliance Manager to support its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Program. This is a part-time, remote role ideal for a seasoned compliance professional with broker-dealer experience. The role will report to the General Counsel and work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Review internal reports and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Draft, review, and/or approve Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) prior to filing.
• Collaborate with the compliance team to submit SARs to FinCEN.
• Support other AML and broker-dealer compliance matters as requested by Legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AML compliance officer, manager, or analyst at a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer.
• Strong understanding of BSA, AML, and OFAC regulations.
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification preferred.
• Experience working in a FinTech environment is a plus (e.g., Robinhood, Betterment, Wealthfront, Ellevest, SoFi, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Pay rate: up to $70-75/ hour
