DHL is seeking an experienced Ocean Freight Compliance Manager to ensure compliance with ocean freight regulations across the US. DHL is hiring an Ocean Freight Compliance Manager to join our team near one of our US offices. You will support the US ocean freight team to ensure compliance with all regulations applicable to the transport of ocean freight, including those related to the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). You will be the lead point of contact for all ocean freight compliance matters relating to DHL Global Forwarding and your role will include, without limitation, establishing written policies/procedures, conducting periodic audits to ensure policies/procedures are adhered to, providing sufficient training to employees, and addressing any compliance issues that are raised/discovered. Through your role you will establish DHL as a thought leader in ocean freight compliance.
