Sunrise is hiring a temporary Community Manager for Panorama Apartments in Palm Desert, CA. This full-time, short-term role spans an anticipated three to six months, with hourly pay of $24.00–$26.00 DOE and eligibility for the benefits package.

You'll lead on-site staff, oversee leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and compliance with CA laws, while fostering a Positive Living Experience for residents.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or related coursework.
• Minimum of 1–2 years property management experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel and property management software.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing policies.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
• Develop a cohesive on-site team and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Enforce move-in/move-out protocols and payroll submission.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquent accounts per California law.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and provide cost-saving improvements.
• Promote units and maintain leasing records in compliance with Fair Housing.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and promptly.
