Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a maintenance role.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and carpentry is a plus.
• Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to keep community areas in proper condition.
• Remove and dispose of garbage to maintain appearance.
• Maintain inventories of maintenance and supplies.
• Keep storage areas and maintenance shop orderly.
• Comply with OSHA safety regulations to protect residents and staff.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (e.g., furnace filters, smoke alarm batteries).
• Turn vacant units in a timely manner for leasing.
• Remain available for on-call duties as needed.
