Responsibilities

• Serve as Brand Ambassador and provide hospitable client interactions.
• Respond to inquiries via telephone and email including estimates, account maintenance, and post-sale assistance.
• Manage daily ticket volumes via Freshdesk and ensure timely resolutions per SLAs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case activity.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with specialists and operations to deliver seamless outcomes.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.
