Job summary

The Hill is seeking a Temporary Manager of Client Engagement to lead project management and event logistics for its expanding events portfolio. The role reports to the Director, Client Engagement and collaborates with events, sales and marketing professionals to execute both in-person and virtual thought leadership events.

Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact, developing event operations and timelines, and ensuring a smooth client journey from RFP to on-site execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in event management, public relations, advocacy, communications and/or marketing.
• Experience managing end-to-end events including logistics, vendors and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact and project manager for a portion of the live events portfolio.
• Develop and manage event operations, timelines and deliverables with white glove service.
• Own all facets of bringing an event to life, including processes for a smooth client journey.
• Coordinate event logistics from RFPs to venue contracts and vendor management.
• Schedule internal meetings and manage calendars for events and executives.
• Coordinate on-site materials, signage, backdrops and sponsor materials with teams and venues.
• Oversee on-site setup and production including sponsor needs and vendor logistics.
