Job summary

JCW Group, recruiting on behalf of a leading specialty property and casualty insurer, seeks an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster for a temporary contract in South Carolina. You will manage complex indemnity claims from initial investigation through resolution.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of workers’ compensation claims experience, active adjuster licensure, and proven negotiation and investigative skills to work independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience, including indemnity claims.
• Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster license(s) as required.
• Ability to manage claims from initial investigation through litigation and resolution.

JCW is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialty property and casualty insurance organization seeking an experienced Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster to join their team on a temporary contract assignment.

This role provides the opportunity to manage complex Workers’ Compensation indemnity claims in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical claims background, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage claims from initial investigation through litigation and resolution.
