Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience adjudicating workers’ compensation claims in KY.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex indemnity workers’ compensation claims with limited direction.
• Report trends to senior management and underwriters.
• Investigate claims and determine policy coverage.
• Manage claims in litigation and set reserves.
• Prepare reports and negotiate settlements.
• Communicate with insured and claimant via calls and letters.
