You will provide clerical support to claims adjusters, manage full intake lifecycle, screen calls, and coordinate with brokers, claimants, and insureds. Strong English communication and time management are essential in this fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of insurance experience with workers' compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to claims adjusters, ensuring timely intake and assignment of commercial claims—primarily workers' compensation.
• Manage the full claims intake lifecycle—setting up, updating, and assigning new workers' compensation claims in the database, screening/routing calls, and coordinating with brokers, claimants, and insureds.
• Support claims investigation and processing—gathering information, determining coverage and adjuster assignment, and handling correspondence, filing, and check mailing.
• Juggle a fast-paced, detail-driven workload, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines with strong accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to claims adjusters, ensuring timely and accurate intake and assignment of commercial claims — primarily workers' compensation.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of insurance experience, must have experience with workers' compensation.
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent, clear communication skills — verbal and written English required
• Strong time management and prioritization skills across multiple tasks and deadlines
• Sound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse range of people
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Pay is based on candidate experience and geographic location.
