Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering delivery truck. Sets up and serves at functions; cleans and returns leftover food and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies.
• Logs food temperatures.
• Prepares tables and decorations.
• Serves food and beverages.
• Cleans after events.
• Returns equipment and leftovers.
• Distributes customer comment cards.
• Maintains catering facilities and equipment.
• Provides courteous service.
• Maintains menu knowledge.
• Ensures safety and sanitation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
