Job Summary

Summary: Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision. May drive a catering truck. Sets up, serves, cleans, and leaves the area neat. Returns leftovers and equipment timely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers food and supplies to locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Arranges tables, decorations, buffet setups.
• Serves food and beverages.
• Cleans location after events.
• Returns food, equipment, and utensils.
• Distributes and collects comment cards.
• Maintains catering facility and equipment.
• Provides friendly, courteous service.
• Maintains knowledge of menu and products.
• Ensures a clean and safe work environment.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit if required by law.
