Overview
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, attractive guestrooms and providing courteous, efficient service to guests.

Responsibilities

1. Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
2. Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen setup.
3. Remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
4. Keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed.
5. Restock housekeeping carts for the next day.
6. Replenish chemical bottles.
7. Report missing items from rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
8. Report maintenance issues immediately.
9. Handle Lost and Found items according to standards.
10. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Ability to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
3. Ability to stand throughout the shift.
4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a friendly and courteous manner.
