Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Position purpose: Reporting to the Senior Director of Career Education and Employer Initiatives, the Career Development Coordinator provides operational support for the Massey Career Development Center. The role supports student career development and employer relations efforts across the Massey College of Business. Serves as a point of contact and participates in managing relationships with students, employers, alumni, and external partners.
This is a temporary position, with an anticipated end date of Mid-September.

Required Qualifications:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
Required Experience: Two years in higher education, human resources, or talent acquisition/recruiting. A background check is required.
