Grace Technologies, Inc is hiring for a remote Business Development Coordinator for our East Region. The ideal candidate will be in the metro area of Detroit, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive leads from tradeshows and events utilizing CRM system (HubSpot) by executing outbound calls, emails, and text messaging campaigns.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead engagement and outreach.
  • Work with customers to assess their needs, engineer solutions, and explain product offerings.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead engagement and outreach.
  • Own opportunities and action items throughout the sales pipeline and engage manufacturing representatives and distributors to drive action through the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application engineering in-person or through online tools.
  • Experiment and innovate new ways to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Regularly travel through sales territory to visit sales channel and customers, up to 25-50% annually.
  • Represent Grace Technologies and engage with customers and vendors at assigned trade shows and other events. Participation in annual Rockwell Automation Fair tradeshow required as assigned.
  • Regularly conduct manufacturer representative and distributor product and sales training.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, service, and technical issues as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need

  • Requires education generally equivalent to a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field or equivalent experience in a related technical field
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial sales, inside, or outside sales.
  • Valid US Driver’s license.
  • High level understanding of industry related terms and standards.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical and technical competency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
