Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a temporary Business Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will work with stakeholders across departments to build dashboards, automate reporting, and support decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in data analytics, with advanced Python and Power BI skills. This temporary position pays $27.00–$31.00 per hour and involves collaboration across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, reporting, or related role.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Proficiency in Power BI including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience handling large datasets and business reporting.
• SQL/database querying experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop actionable recommendations that support operational and business decisions.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to address business challenges and leadership requests.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Use Python to clean, transform, validate, and analyze data.
• Develop automated data workflows and reporting processes.
• Extract and manipulate data from databases, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and business applications.
• Work with business leaders and operational teams to define reporting requirements.
