Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the HR Reporting & Analytics team in Chicago. The role focuses on analyzing HR and recruiting data, building dashboards, and delivering insights to business stakeholders.

You will develop Power BI dashboards, write SQL queries, build ETL pipelines, and use Python for automation and reporting. Collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition will shape reporting needs and drive actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, BI, or Analytics role.
• Expertise with SQL, Power BI, and Python.
• Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills translating technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities
