Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of work experience in academic advising, student services, higher education, administrative support, or related areas.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and manage data accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide advising, student services, and administrative support to Bioengineering students.
• Assist with admissions and records management, event coordination, and program administration.
• Support course registration processes and scheduling advising appointments.
