Coastal Bend Wellness Foundation in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks a Project PHASES Project Coordinator to coordinate, implement, and monitor program activities to ensure effective service delivery and SAMHSA grant compliance. This temporary position runs through September 30, 2027, with a full-time schedule.

The coordinator will oversee day-to-day operations, track performance measures, and maintain communications with the grant evaluator.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field preferred; OR at least three (3) years of direct experience working with SAMHSA-funded grants focused on mental health and substance use services.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate monthly project meetings to review program activities, assess progress, address barriers, and support effective service delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations and coordinate staff activities to ensure compliance with grant requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
• Monitor project timelines, work plans, goals, objectives, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of grant activities.
• Collaborate with public and private community agencies, healthcare providers, and other community partners to identify eligible participants, coordinate referrals, and facilitate access to services.
• Collect, track, and monitor program performance measures and outcome data to evaluate progress toward grant objectives.
• Maintain weekly communication with the grant evaluator and provide requested data, documentation, and program updates to support grant evaluation activities.
• Participate in grant-related training, technical assistance, and meetings as required by SAMHSA and organizational leadership.
