Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Grants Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support across the full lifecycle of grant management, including proposal development, submission, tracking, reporting, and closeout.

You will work with the Grants Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and on-time completion for federally funded programs like SAMHSA and the 988/Lifeline initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of experience supporting grants, contracts, or nonprofit program administration (federal grant exposure preferred).
• Basic understanding of the federal grant lifecycle and related regulations (e.g., 2 CFR Part 200).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal and reporting processes: support preparation, editing, and submission of grant proposals, amendments, and reports.
• Maintain accurate grant records: track deliverables, milestones, and correspondence; audit-ready files.
• Assist with compliance and documentation: support adherence to federal and organizational policies (e.g., 2 CFR Part 200).
• Facilitate communication and collaboration: schedule meetings and coordinate reviews between teams and external partners.
• Support budget and procurement processes: assist with quotes and vendor deliverables on grant-funded projects.
• Track and update grant calendars: maintain calendars and dashboards for deadlines and milestones.
