Coastal Bend Wellness is seeking a Project PHASES Project Coordinator to coordinate, implement, and monitor program activities ensuring service delivery and SAMHSA grant compliance through Sept 30, 2027. This temporary, full-time role reports to the Director of Behavioral Health and offers valuable exposure to grant management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in counseling, social work or related field preferred.
• 3+ years direct experience with SAMHSA-funded mental health/substance use grants.
• Experience coordinating grants, behavioral health services, and performance measurement.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate monthly project meetings to review activities and progress.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff coordination to ensure grant compliance.
• Monitor timelines, work plans, and deliverables for grant activities.
• Collaborate with community agencies to identify participants and referrals.
• Collect and monitor performance data to evaluate grant objectives.
• Maintain weekly communication with the grant evaluator and provide updates.
• Participate in grant-related trainings and meetings as required.
