Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking a customer service and sales support specialist to assist internal sales reps and customers from its Omaha location. You will help resolve order issues and ensure customer expectations are met, while coordinating callbacks and monitoring support queues.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1 year of sales customer service experience preferred; familiarity with MS Office, Internet, Salesforce, and AS400 is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent or better.
• 2-4 year college degree or equivalent preferred in Business or Marketing.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a sales environment preferred.
• Strong phone and data entry skills; MS Office and Internet proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce; AS400 knowledge preferred not required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

• Provide customer service and sales support to internal sales representatives and customers. Works with the sales staff to ensure customer expectations are met. Works with supervisor to create processes to increase efficiency.

Essential Job Duties

• Serves customers and sales team by handling customer service inquiries and resolving order issues for B2B and the Steak Advisor Team (Account Managers)
• Schedules call back requests for agents
• Monitors agents schedules and reassigns pending callbacks if needed
• Helps monitor support queues for requests to be handled or referred to other areas of the company for resolution
• Assist Operations Team with various reporting tasks
• Special projects as time permits

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 year college degree or equivalent preferred in Business or Marketing
• 1 year of customer service experience in a sales environment preferred
• Strong phone and data entry skills
• Experience with MS Office and Internet
• Experience with Salesforce, other sales databases
• AS400 knowledge preferred not required
