Job summary

We’re looking for a temporary emerging Art Direction talent who’s excited to jump in, collaborate, and help create engaging content for web, social, and advertising. In this entry-level role, you’ll work alongside experienced Art Directors, support video concepting, filming, and editing, and build your creative toolkit through hands-on projects, coaching, and real-world experience. *This role requires the ability to be at our Corporate Headquarters in Freeport, Maine 4-5 days per week.* Responsibilities: Assist in managing the artistic translation of brand strategy and marketing communication to customers via video creation. * Collaborate and communicate effectively with merchants and Design partners to brainstorm and concept seasonal photography or video needs for our omni-channel exposure plans.* Assist with editing larger productions (I.E. How To) and take the lead on editing smaller projects (I.E. Paid Social)* Assist with filming larger productions (I.E. How To) and take the lead on filming smaller projects (I.E. The anticipated starting base pay for this position is $26.03 - $31.24.
