The Student Services Assistant works independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid customer service, and the ability to provide information to a wide range of internal and external contacts. In additional to clerical support, the Administrative Assistant will assist the Student Services department with supporting the student enrollment process, preparing student records and supporting the College in achieving overall retention and enrollment goals.
This is a market position that will function out of the Buffalo campus and will require some days working out of the Amherst and SouthTowns campuses.

$39,000 - $40,000 ($18.75-$19.23 per hour)
This position is eligible for overtime.
