The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and at least four years of progressive accounting experience, proficient Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate with leadership and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budget preparation and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and maintain actual and budget ledgers.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and journal entries.
• Assist with financial reporting and account analysis.
• Support work order tracking, documentation, and processing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial files.
• Conduct financial research and analysis as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal departments regarding financial information.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
