• The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Online, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, sales tax, and general accounting.
• Candidates with Staff Accountant, Full-Charge Bookkeeper, or Senior Bookkeeper backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle AP and AR.
• Process invoices, customer payments, vendor payments, and deposits.
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Manage multi-state sales tax compliance across all 50 states.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
• Assist with payroll as needed.
• Review accounting records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Work closely with management regarding accounting questions and financial information.
