Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience configuring and maintaining provider and resource templates.
• Ability to triage requests and conduct user testing.
• Strong decision-making and independence in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Configures and maintains provider and resource templates.
• Reviews requests to determine impact to standard workflows and system configuration.
• Triages priority requests, completes configuration, tests, and closes loops with practice.
• Supports clinic leadership with template build recommendations to improve utilization.
• Completes template tickets to maintain quality and service levels.
