Responsibilities

• Designs, analyzes, implements, maintains, audits and evaluates scheduling templates in EPIC.
• Triages template change requests and assesses impact on workflows and standards.
• Collaborates with clinic teams to optimize templates and coordinates with operations managers for maintenance.
• Assesses different scheduling functionality to improve throughput and access.
• Participates in user training and develops training tools and aids.
• Troubleshoots moderately complex issues with clinical software and coordinates with IT and vendors.
