UCHealth in Aurora, CO is seeking an onsite Scheduling Templates Specialist to manage the day-to-day opening and closing of templates and visit types.

You will determine impact to decision trees, adjust templates accordingly, and collaborate with clinic leadership to improve utilization while maintaining organizational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Department: Central Access Support Team

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $26.41 - $39.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary

Performs duties pertaining to scheduling templates, managing day to day opening and closing of templates, visit type and block adjustments. Determines impact to decision trees and maintaining organization standards.

Responsibilities

• Configures and maintains provider and resource templates. Reviews requests to determine impact to standard workflows, Decision trees, organizational standards, or system configuration.
• Facilitates and triages priority of requests, completes configuration, conducts user testing and closes loop with practice.
• Supports work with clinic leadership to provide recommendations on template build to improve utilisation.
• Completes template tickets to maintain consistent quality and level of service.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
