Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Support role to back fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely product movement and service continuity. The position emphasizes accurate records, efficient processes, and adherence to transportation and storage workflows.

Responsibilities include handling temperature-sensitive materials, updating shipment records, and coordinating material movement with warehouse equipment. Prior CSCP certification is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, shipping.
• Understanding of inventory control principles and material traceability.
• Experience with temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support.

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to enable timely product movement and service continuity.
• Maintains operational records and ensures transaction accuracy across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Processes routine to moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to minimize disruption and maintain material control.
• Addresses recurring operational exceptions and supports process improvements for better visibility and day-to-day effectiveness.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment to preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions and shipment documentation to maintain traceability.
• Identifies on-hold or non-conforming materials and routes them per handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment for safe, efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
