Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a warehouse support professional to help manage fleet, logistics, and storage operations at our Minnesota location. You will ensure accurate records, efficient material flow, and compliance with temperature-controlled handling requirements.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with CSCP certification preferred and less than 2 years of related experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the MWI Animal Health division.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations activities to enable timely product movement, asset availability, and service continuity.
• Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
