Job summary

Cencora in Minnesota is hiring for a warehouse support role that helps move products, maintain records, and ensure service continuity across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.

You will monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory and shipment documents, and coordinate material movement using approved equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CSCP preferred, and less than 2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and CSCP preferred.
• Experience in warehouse support or related fields is expected.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control is needed.

Responsibilities

• Support fleet, logistics and warehouse operations to enable timely product movement.
• Maintain operational records and transaction accuracy across transportation and shipment activities.
• Process routine requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption.
• Identify on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and route them per procedures.
• Coordinate material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepare packaging and shipment areas to support outbound activity.
• Escalate non-standard handling or inventory issues for timely follow-up.
