Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Support Associate to help move goods safely and efficiently. You will monitor temperature-sensitive materials, update inventory records, and coordinate material movement across warehouse operations.

The role supports fleet, logistics, and shipping activities, handles routine tasks within standard procedures, and contributes to process improvements while maintaining accurate logs and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to enable timely product movement and service continuity.
• Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles.
• Addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process enhancements that improve visibility and day-to-day effectiveness.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
