Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support role to back fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely product movement and service continuity. You will maintain records, manage inventory, and support safe handling of temperature-sensitive materials.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED, with CSCP preferred, and experience in warehouse-related tasks. Shift is Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm, with opportunities for pay incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations to enable timely product movement and service continuity.
• Maintains operational records, transaction accuracy, and workflow adherence across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Processes routine and moderately complex requirements within established guidelines to reduce disruption and sustain control of materials and vehicles.
• Addresses recurring operational exceptions and contributes to process improvements that enhance visibility and day-to-day effectiveness.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
