ManpowerGroup is seeking a Service Engineer Apprentice/Trainee for Tempe, AZ to join the service organization. You will support customer machine service, installation, and relocation activities while learning through hands-on experience and structured training.

The role emphasizes mechanical and technical curiosity, strong communication with customers and internal teams, and progression through a 2-year apprentice program toward certification as a Service Engineer. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, or electronic aptitude.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support service tasks.

Aufgaben

• Participate in training to learn repair, installation, and relocation of machines.
• Complete classroom, factory, and online training with 80% or higher.
• Shadow Service Engineers on service calls at customer sites.
• Support service activities during customer engagements through observation and hands-on assistance.
• Progress through a 2-year apprentice program toward certification and promotion.
