Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Arizona title, registration, plate, permit, driver license, and related MVD services.
• Review applications and documents for accuracy before processing.
• Process transactions in Arizona MVD systems and EZ Title internal systems.
• Explain requirements and next steps when a transaction is incomplete.
• Handle payments, transaction records, document control, and daily balancing.
• Escalate unusual transactions and follow procedures.
• Protect customer information and security requirements.
