Job summary

EZ Title & Registration is launching a Gilbert, Arizona location and seeking MVD Customer Service Representatives to assist with title, registration, and related MVD services. Training will be provided for the right candidate, with emphasis on accuracy and excellent customer service.

Experience with Arizona MVD processing is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service and reliability will be considered. This is an on-site, full-time role with future opportunities as the office opens.

About the Gilbert MVD CSR position

EZ Title & Registration is hiring MVD Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our new Gilbert, Arizona location, which is coming soon. This is an opportunity to join the team as the office opens and help establish strong customer service, accurate processing, and consistent operating standards from day one.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers with Arizona title, registration, plate, permit, driver license, identification, and related MVD services based on training and certification.
• Review applications, ownership documents, signatures, fees, identification, and supporting records before processing.
• Process Arizona MVD transactions accurately using state systems and EZ Title internal tools.
• Explain documentation requirements and transaction steps clearly to customers.
• Handle assigned payment, recordkeeping, document control, and balancing responsibilities.
• Use current MVD procedures and internal resources to resolve routine questions and escal
• Help establish a reliable, accurate, customer-focused workflow as the Gilbert location opens.

Preferred experience

Current or recent Arizona MVD processing experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience that is current or within the past 90 days. Experience may be from an Arizona MVD state office or another Arizona Authorized Third Party provider. RACF/MAX experience, title and registration processing, driver license services, Level I inspections, dealer work, and complex title processing are all relevant.

Willing to train the right person

We will consider candidates without recent MVD experience when they demonstrate strong customer service, reliability, attention to detail, computer ability, and the capacity to learn and retain detailed procedures. Related dealership title, registration, DMV processing, document review, or financial transaction experience is helpful.

Pay and schedule

This is a full-time position paying $17–$21 per hour, based on relevant experience, certifications, and demonstrated processing knowledge. The final Gilbert operating schedule and individual shift will be confirmed before the new location opens.

Work location

This position will report to the new EZ Title & Registration location in Gilbert, Arizona. The exact street address is not yet publicly announced. This is an on-site position and is not a remote job.
