About the Tempe MVD CSR position

EZ Title & Registration is hiring a full-time MVD Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Tempe, Arizona office. This role combines customer service with hands‑on Arizona title, registration, driver license, permit, plate, and related MVD processing. Applicants with current Arizona MVD or Authorized Third Party processing experience are especially encouraged to apply.

What you’ll do

• Assist customers with Arizona title, registration, plate, permit, driver license, identification, and related MVD services based on training and certification.
• Review applications, ownership documents, signatures, fees, identification, and supporting records for accuracy before processing.
• Process transactions in Arizona MVD systems and EZ Title internal systems accurately and efficiently.
• Explain requirements and next steps clearly when a transaction is incomplete or needs additional documentation.
• Handle payments, transaction records, document control, and daily balancing responsibilities assigned to the position.
• Use current procedures and reference materials, ask questions when needed, and escalation unusual transactions appropriately.
• Protect customer information and follow applicable Arizona Authorized Third Party security, background, and certification requirements.

Preferred experience

Current or recent Arizona MVD processing experience is strongly preferred, especially experience that is current or within the past 90 days. Relevant experience may come from an Arizona MVD state office or another Arizona Authorized Third Party provider. RACF/MAX experience, title and registration processing, driver license services, Level I inspection certification, dealer processing, or complex title experience are valuable.

Willing to train the right person

Recent MVD experience is preferred, not an absolute requirement. We are willing to train a strong candidate who is reliable, accurate, comfortable learning detailed procedures, good with customers, and able to retain technical information. Prior customer service, dealership title work, registration processing, document review, or similar motor vehicle experience can help.

Pay and schedule

This is a full-time position paying $17–$21 per hour, based on relevant Arizona MVD/ATP experience, certifications, processing knowledge, and demonstrated ability. The Tempe office operates weekdays and Saturdays, so Saturday availability may be part of the assigned schedule.

Work location

This opening reports to EZ Title & Registration at 1910 S. Priest Dr. #103, Tempe, AZ 85281. This is an on‑site position and is not a remote job.
